Sodalitium Christianae Vitae
The Sodalitium Christianae Vitae is a society of lay apostolic life, approved by Pope St. John Paul II in 1997.
The Sodalits are Catholics, lay and clerics who work with a special emphasis on service to young people, the poor and in the areas where culture develops.
We worked together with them to record the priestly ordination of Fr. Adrián Meza both photographically and audio-visually, especially focused on the realization of a video summary of the day.
In a ceremony celebrated on Saturday, October 28 at the Villa Marista Chapel of the Province of Buenos Aires, our brother Adrián Meza was ordained priest of the Lord.
The priestly ordination mass was presided over by Bishop Pedro María Laxague, titular bishop of the Diocese of Zárate-Campana.
Congratulations, Father Adrián!
As with every project we start, the first step was to get together and soak in the congregation's own style, history and ways. We read about them, reviewed their website, reviewed records of previous ordinations. Understanding the road we have traveled allows us to take better next steps.
What is most important to the congregation, where do they want to focus, what would they like to prioritize?
Each audiovisual coverage of a priestly ordination is unique and unrepeatable. It is not enough to capture the different moments and signs that make up the liturgy of this day, solemn and festive at the same time.
It is necessary to faithfully transmit the spirit of the congregation and its charism, ensuring a communicational unity with the rest of its points of contact and work throughout the world.
