Research and Analysis
The Eremo team involved -depending on the issues to be addressed- investigates the problem and possible solutions,which are presented in a second virtual meeting. There, the organization is given concrete tasks and homework to do.
Development
In the third meeting, the organization presents the progress made... the impact, and where work is still needed. The Eremo team provides feedback and assistance in these areas.
Review and Roadmap
We meet again in a virtual meeting to check the progress made and to confirm the direction and actions to be taken.
