Strategy and planning.

We meet to determine the event's goal. We then define the calendar and the key messages for each step of the campaign.

Production and implementation (optional).

Once the strategy is approved, we develop the visual identity and design all visual assets. This includes print and digital communication, such as email marketing and social media content.

We provide the event's photographic and video coverage, including technical support and real-time content management for social media.

Post-production.

1. Can I hire you only for the coverage?
Yes, you can hire only the live coverage for social media or the audiovisual and photographic recording service for your event. All our proposals are personalized to adapt to the specific needs of each organization.
2. What equipment do you have for the filming day?

We use equipment that records in 4k quality and a high range of lenses with different focal lengths, allowing us to capture from the smallest detail to the widest view of a room full of potential donors. We have invisible wireless microphones, support audio, a recording console, and a DJI Mavic Air drone for aerial shots and Manfrotto tripods. At the same time, we have Apple equipment for social media coverage that allows 4k quality, external support lighting, and more. Don't worry, quality is guaranteed.

3. What do the deliverables include?

The specific deliverables for each project will be coordinated and defined in detail with your team at the beginning of the work process, ensuring they adapt precisely to your needs and goals.
Services often needed include email marketing, design of presentations for companies, design and implementation of promotional landing pages, social media material, and screen design, among others.

4. How long does it take to receive the deliverables?

The delivery time will depend directly on the number of pieces agreed upon and their format. For example, the production of an institutional video of the event is not the same process or time as the photographs. One thing is for sure: the more anticipation there is, the better the results will be.

5. Can you help me with vendor management for the event?

Thanks to our experience working in a large number of similar events, we can suggest some vendors or contacts. However, direct communication and coordination with them will be handled by the organization.
